Totally useful.
Overall, glitchy. In the recent update, logged me out and now I cannot relog in. Such a simple concept, I just expect it to work.
It works for most data. It doesnt sync heart rate data. They claim this is because its not available in the Fitbit sync unless they get access to the Partner API.
This used to be just perfect for getting Fitbit data into health. Unfortunately iOS 9 wont let apps access health data with your phone locked, so it now only works with the phone unlocked, which means the auto-sync feature doesnt really work anymore. Its frustrating because apple decided they didnt want something like this to work how we wanted it to anymore, but the app still syncs data manually just fine. So not five stars not because of any fault of the author, but just because it wont do what people want it to.
The Jaiyo app advertises resting heart rate sync... When will this app support it too?
Single button operation of this app is amazing link it once and forget about it
All I wanted was to sync my steps from my Fitbit to Apple Health. Doesnt do that even though that is what is advertised. It doesnt even show up in the Apple Health sources list even though Ive given it permissions. At least for me, this was a total waste of money.
I had to restart my phone in order for the Health app to allow me to add Sync Solver as a source. It seems to be working as advertised now.
It synched the first time then never did again. Save yourself $3 and enter things manually.
Took a minute to figure out how to do it but now it syncs without me having to do it!
Problem solved
If fails to sync. I keep saying that I have to allow read/write access for the items that I want to sync. Ive already done that (all are ON for read and write), but it fails to do anything. What a waste of $3... so far, no response from my requests for support. It gets 1 star because theres no option for "useless money grab".
I think this app is absolutely wonderful and it does what it advertises!
This app keeps crashing. I have to restart my phone every day to get it to sync my data.
Great app works perfectly to connect Fitbit and health
the app didn’t sync my health app steps to my fitbit but synced the calories and weight.
Things such as weight and body fat percentage are synced together. However, the app syncs literally everything even with the info that I never inputted; in other words the default data fitbit had within the app from the beginning. These shouldnt be synced together. Also it would be nice if this app can sync heart rate as well.
Ive been using this app since I got my first Fitbit and havent had a single complaint. At some point I imagine Fitbit will wind up hooking directly into HealthKit, but until then, this app is the way to easily unify your Fitbit data w/ the HealthKit data on all of your Apple devices.
Constant excuses and throwing blame on Fitbit. Granted, they share some of the blame. However the touted auto-sync doesnt work, repeatedly has issues logging into my Fitbit account (at this point it hasnt been able to login for 10 days). Doesnt track sleep properly. Basically a waste of time and money. Support, when they answer is terse and not helpful. Look elsewhere.
