Sync Solver - Fitbit to Health App Reviews

I specifically purchased this for my heart rate to be synced;however, it doesnt do that.

Really like the app, but it could use HR sync for Charge HR and Surge users. Also, having issues with background sync, as app will not sync unless opened manually.

This is a great app. However about 2 weeks ago it broke for me, but it was apparently due to an iOS bug. iOS 9.3.1 fixed my problem of not being able to sync my data. All is well again. The developer is also very responsive.

Very happy with the app. Allows me to use my Apple Watch and track my progress.

Since the latest iOS update. This has caused the app to freeze and no longer works.

I like the app. It sends my Fitbit data to Apple Health and it works. There are a few issues however. First, it still does not sync heart rate. Its been a long time now. They say its coming. Fitbit even released the API so it can be done. But still no heart rate sync. Second, the Logout button for Sync Solver is on the upper left hand corner of the screen. The same place Apple chose for its new function that lets you migrate back to apps you left. Its very annoying because hitting the logout button is so easy to do on accident and then you have to leave Sync Solver and log back into Fitbit through Safari. Change the location of the logout button to the right and swap it with the Details button. Other than that, it works fine.

It worked great in the beginning. Now I have to sign into Fitbit every other day because it keeps kicking me out.

I love it. Closes the loop that Fitbit failed to close. However, I WANT TO SYNC DAILY AVERAGE HEART RATE! This kills me. Really needed that feature. But still good app

I feel like I wasted my money. I wish I could get a refund. I have had the app for a day and its buggy and screws up what I had in the health app.

It really works!

Where is the heart rate sync? Could you find a way to sync the low, the peak, and the average heart rate for the ChargeHR? That would make this perfect!

This app no longer works!
